How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days once they’ve been shipped.
Please note that weekends and holidays aren’t counted as business days.
As soon as your order is on its way, your tracking number will activate. It may take a little time before the first updates appear while it’s being processed by the local courier.
Why is my tracking not updating yet?
After your tracking code is created, it may take a few business days before updates appear. This is completely normal and simply means your parcel is on its way to the local courier.
Your package is not lost, it’s still in transit and will begin updating once it arrives at the local facility and is scanned.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated for a few days?
It’s completely normal for tracking to show no updates for a short period. International parcels can experience brief delays while moving between transit hubs or during customs processing, so there’s no need to worry.
