These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop www.moosthelabel.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

MOOS the Label sells clothing and accessories to customers worldwide through its online webshop.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

For customers outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

MOOS the Label reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are typically between 6 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and local courier services.

In accordance with EU consumer law, the maximum delivery time is 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

MOOS the Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local postal services.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the destination country may charge import duties, customs fees or local taxes.

These charges are determined by the local authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

MOOS the Label has no control over these charges.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without providing a reason.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

7. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items that have been worn, damaged or returned without original tags
Custom made or personalized items
Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons when the seal has been broken

8. Warranty & Liability

MOOS the Label guarantees that products conform to the specifications of the offer and reasonable requirements of usability.

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers should contact us within a reasonable period after receiving the item.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOOS the Label shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.

Consumers may also have the right to resolve disputes through local consumer protection authorities depending on their country of residence.
