1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop www.moosthelabel.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
MOOS the Label is an online webshop and ships internationally.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR or GBP depending on the selected market and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
3. Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Our standard delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 working days unless otherwise communicated on the website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local carriers.
For customers within the European Union, the maximum legal delivery period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before completing the order.
4. Import Duties & Taxes
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price where applicable. Customers should not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
The original shipping costs for the initial delivery are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
7. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom made or personalized products
- sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
8. Warranty & Liability
All products are covered by the applicable legal warranty under Dutch and European consumer law.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country provide otherwise.
