Returns & Refunds

At MOOS the Label, we understand that sometimes an item may not fit the way you hoped or simply isn’t the perfect match. That’s why we’ve created a return policy.

Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, and other sealed hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
  • Personalized items are excluded from returns.

How to Request a Return

Email info@moosthelabel.com with your order number, full name and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Our return address is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please include a note inside the parcel with your order number and name.

Refund Process

When using your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items only.

  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

When sending your item back, we kindly ask you to ship it with Track & Trace. This ensures that you can follow your parcel at every step, as the package remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. MOOS The Label is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged on returned parcels. These costs remain the responsibility of the sender. If such fees are billed to us, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us by email. You can return the item to us, and once we’ve received and checked it, we will send out the new size for you.

Damaged or incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of it as quickly as possible.

To help us resolve the issue smoothly, please include clear photos of all packaging materials until we confirm the claim.

Promotions, bundles & gifts

  • When we run special promotions (such as X% off when buying Y items) the discount is applied based on the total number of items kept in your order. If you choose to return one of the items from a multi-buy offer, we recalculate the order as if the promotion no longer applies to those returned items. This means that any value from a free or discounted item that no longer qualifies may be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order included a gift with purchase, and your return means you no longer meet the minimum requirement, we kindly ask you to return the gift as well (unopened).
    If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.
